Rally In The Garden
Tonight at 6:30, the Pride of the Lions Pep Band, cheerleaders, and the Nittany Lion will host “Rally In The Garden”. 
This pep rally will be held in the Theatre Lobby before the Nittany Lions battle the Fighting Irish. According to Penn State Live,
The best entry point for the Theatre Lobby is through the Madison Square Garden entrance on 7th Avenue. Fans are reminded that they can only attend the rally if they have a ticket to the game and there is no re-entry back into the Garden if they leave the facility after the rally.
Fans can enter Madison Square Garden as early as 6:00 PM to prepare for the pep rally to begin. The sponsors of the event, The Nittany Lion Club and the Penn State Alumni Association, request that attendees wear white for the pep rally and the game.

AT&T is sponsoring a pretty cool competition in which entrants can win $10,000 cash in scholarship money for creating a mobile device application. Teams of up to four people can enter a custom-built application for the purpose of e-learning. The rules state that the “innovating e-learning mobile app” should be functional across multiple platforms. Submissions are due by September 15, 2010 and so far there are only ten teams signed up.
