“Passed Out Drunk… From Alcohol”

Bronne Bruzgo is my new favorite reality TV star. Bruzgo is, of course, the Penn State student on Real World: Cancun.

Why? First, consider this quote by his friend Kyle Preston from a Collegian article published in late August.

“Everybody can tell who’s seen the show, he’s like most Penn State students. He drinks a lot and blacks out,” Preston said. “He’s not really destructive and he rarely has done things that put others at risk.”

Second, and more importantly, watch this clip, in which he proves that it truly does take him a lot to black out.

Andddd cue the chorus of ‘#1 Party School!’

American universities produce more research and relevant knowledge for the world at large than any other institutions I know of. Tuition may be too damn high, but over the long-run, undergraduate degrees are definitely worth the cost. But Penn State could be so much more. It used to be, I think.
