The Office of Admissions has just released the newest student body profile, to give prospective applicants an idea how they stack up and if they may be able to get in here. That being said, the numbers have changed in recent years. If you were to apply next fall, would you still get in to University Park campus?

• UP Combined SAT 2009: 1630-1940
• UP Combined SAT 2010: 1750-1990
• Other campuses Combined SAT 2010: 1470-1720
• UP Composite ACT 2009: 24-28
• UP Composite ACT 2010: 26-30
• Other campuses Composite ACT 2010: 21-25

University Park is definitely trending upward academically. It’s a great thing for Penn State and certainly goes to show that we’re more than just a state school. Penn State is attracting more high-quality students each year, which is great for our name abstractly and for how the University works concretely.
