Pants Down for Renewable Energy
Eco-Action hoped to gain the attention of President Spanier with a demonstration outside the HUB on Thursday.
Eco-Action members dropped their pants and held up a signs showing their disgust for fossil fuel use on campus. This demonstration comes with the January 2011 decision on whether the administration should continue the use of fossil fuels, or switch to renewable energy.
The demonstrators received plenty of laughs from curious students and honks from passing cars. The demonstrators stayed for over 20 minutes in the frigid cold. How far would you go for a better environment?
