Mobile PASS System Back Up and Running

Early this morning, the new mobile PASS check-in system was disabled due to technical difficulties, though they promised that it would return. In its stead, THON resorted to the old system, which forced those wanting to visit their friends on the floor to wait on line in the concourse for up to 90 minutes.

But moments ago, a Rules and Regulations captain confirmed to Onward State that the mobile check-in system is back on line.

In order to obtain a pass, prospective floor visitors are required to check in at one of the kiosks located at Gates A and D. After they’ve done that, they will receive a text once they are submitted into the queue. When the pass is ready for pick up, they will be informed via a second text saying that they have 20 minutes to pick up your physical pass at Portal 14.

We’ll provide expected wait times as the weekend progresses–but it sure beats waiting in the concourse for that long.
