Matt McGloin Signs Three-Year Deal with Oakland Raiders
The Moxie is heading out west.
After going undrafted and attending rookie camp with the Washington Redskins and the Carolina Panthers, former Penn State starting quarterback Matt McGloin has signed a three-year deal with the Oakland Raiders, per his agent.

McGloin, who broke school records for career touchdowns and the single-season passing recording, both previously held by Daryll Clark, during his final season as a Nittany Lion. In December, he was honored with the Burlsworth Trophy, which recognizes players who began their collegiate football career as walk-ons.
Details of McGloin’s contract are not yet known. McGloin will be joining former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor on the Raiders. Perhaps he’s heard of him by now.
