DOTD: Radio Host Doesn’t Know Matt McGloin’s Name
Mike Francesa is one of the most famous radio hosts of all time. He was one half of Mike and the Mad Dog, a popular New York City-based radio show that ran for 19 years until the show ended in August of 2008.
Now, Francesa hosts his own radio program called Mike’s On: Francesa on the FAN, where he talks about everything you can imagine involving the four major sports and, occasionally, takes naps.
The other day, Francesa spent some time discussing the current quarterback situation for the Oakland Raiders. He knew Terrelle Pryor’s name, but when he tried to say “Matt McGloin,” it didn’t go so well.
