Desperate Housewives Actor James Denton to Highlight College Town Film Festival
For the second year in a row, downtown State College will host a College Town Film Festival event. The four-day festival will highlight a variety of independent films at The State Theatre and other locations, including an appearance from actor James Denton of Desperate Housewives fame.
The CTFF kicks off on April 16 at 3 p.m. with a showing of Alberta Legacy 2, which discuses the issue of Iran having the highest brain drain rate in the world. Like most of the films this week, there will be a discussion and Q&A session with the producers after the showing.
Along with several film debuts, a seminar will be held at The State Theatre on April 18 at 10 a.m. which includes a panel with various actors, most notably James Denton, aka Mike Delfino in the Desperate Housewives series.
CTFF is free for students with a Penn State ID and $5 for community members
