Patrick has created an open layout with his furniture, so despite the small square footage, the apartment doesn’t feel cramped or crowded.

It looks more like a suave New York City apartment instead of a college town’s student living situation. The clean walls give the studio a bright look and with the contemporary furniture, he has definitely taken the time to make his place look as nice as possible.

Complete with a fold back couch and a smart desk which is powered by an AI, Patrick has hooked his place up with the best technology. His lights and TV are all controlled by a tablet along with some home automation. His lights detect when he walks toward his building and turn on by themselves. They also turn off when he leaves. He’s also got a bumping stereo system that is connected to the lighting system so they pulse with the beat of the music. His smart desk is connected with an Amazon Echo, to go along with everything else.

His kitchen, although small, comes complete with brand new appliances. Granite countertops help maintain the modern elegance of the apartment. Patrick is living in style and comfort, and his awesome crib is definitely one for the ages. With a great east side location, private living space, and amazing amenities, this residence has lived up to all the hype preceding it.
