Penn State’s Anticipated Reunion Against Pitt To Kick At Noon
To much dismay of the team’s dedicated tailgaters, Penn State Football announced today that another early game start is officially set in stone for the 2016 season. The highly-anticipated reunion between Penn State’s in-state rival Pitt is slated to kick off at Heinz Field Saturday, September 10 at noon.

The last time these two teams met was at the turn in the millennium 16 years ago on Saturday, September 16, 2000. The low-scoring contest ended unfortunately in favor of the Panthers, as they shut out the Nittany Lions 12-0.
However, Penn State leads the series between Pitt 50-42-4, and we expect both Panther fans, and Nittany Lion fans with Pitt season tickets to pack Heinz Field for the upcoming reunion matchup, something Pitt isn’t particularly used to.
