The Mix Remains Open During Fall Break

The Mix, located on the main floor of Pollock Commons, will remain open during fall break. Penn State Campus Residential Dining recognizes that many students will stay on campus during the break, therefore we strive to provide the most convenient dining options during this holiday season.

For those of you who have not gone to The Mix before, it is a convenience store and snack bar with selections that include: fresh off the grill sandwiches, crispy fries, ice cream, signature hot lattes, and a ‘Mix’ of everything. You can also find microwavable food and quick snacks at The Mix as well. The convenience store will be open from Saturday, Nov. 19 to Wednesday, Nov. 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The grill will be open from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m on the same dates. Although, it will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 24 and Friday, Nov. 25th, it will re-open on Saturday, November 26 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Regular hours will resume on Sunday, Nov. 27. Students can also enjoy dinner at Pollock dining commons on Friday, Nov. 25 from 5 p.m until 7 p.m.

As the semester comes to an end, Penn State Campus Residential Dining aims to accommodate students who plan on staying on campus after finals. Therefore, The Mix will continue to operate until Saturday, Dec. 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 3rd until Friday, Jan. 6 with the same operating hours. Dine at the Mix and enjoy the make-your-own sandwich selections and hot specialty lattes. Mix up your dining options! For more information about the dining halls’ hours of operation during fall break, please visit our website: http://foodservices.psu.edu/residential-dining-hours-fall-2016. Penn State Residential Dining hopes you all have a great end of the semester and holiday break! WE ARE!
