Register To Vote During PSU Votes Week For A Free Creamery Cone
Every college student loves to hear the words “free” and “ice cream” in the same sentence. As part of UPUA’s PSU votes week, Penn State students who register to vote will receive a certificate for one free Berkey Creamery cone.
UPUA members will hand out the certificates on a first-come, first-serve basis to 700 students who register to vote at any of the following locations and times:
- Thursday, October 5 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ground Floor Stage in the HUB
- Thursday, October 5 at 8 p.m. at the College Republican/College Democrat debate in room 233 HUB
- Friday, October 6 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. outside Berkey Creamery
If you’re already registered to vote, you can still claim your certificate. All you have to do show official proof of registration at one of the above locations. If you are unable to register in person this week, you can register online here. The deadline to register in person or online for the November 7 election is Tuesday, October 10.
To confirm your voting location, you can check your voter card or visit the State College precinct map.
