[Photo Story] Urban Flea Market Pops Up Downtown

The weekend before finals can be a drag between studying and packing up to head home. But after all those hours of studying, Penn Staters deserve some time to blow off some steam and shop (reminder: Mother’s Day is in two weeks).

Pop Up Ave offered a street-long “urban flea market” on South Fraser Street on Saturday between College and Beaver Avenues and the MLK Plaza.

This stall sold handmade wallets and clothes.

The outdoor pop-up market hosted dozens of vendors from across the country, including food vendors, a beer garden, and live music.

Live music keeping the crowed entertained.
