Four-Star Defenseman Alex Ross Commits To Penn State Lacrosse
Penn State lacrosse added a top prospect to its recruiting class of 2022 Friday, as four-star defenseman Alex Ross announced his commitment via his Twitter.

Hailing from Archbishop Spalding high school in Severn Maryland, Ross now becomes the second commit from the class of 2022 to select Penn State, according to Inside Lacrosse. He joins midfielder Cam Sanderson as the only class of 2022 recruits to come to Penn State so far.
Ross also plays on the Annapolis Hawks club team. He competed at Inside Lacrosse’s Elite Eight Tournament with his team a few weeks ago, which welcomed some of the best boys lacrosse clubs in the country.
The star defenseman is considered the 17th-best overall player in the country, according to the National Lacrosse Federations’s class of 2022 rankings. Ross is the second-highest ranked defenseman, and is considered a top talent on that side of the field.
