DUI Suspected In Three-Vehicle Beaver Ave. Crash
Alcohol is suspected to have been a factor in a three-vehicle crash on Beaver Ave. Wednesday that damaged a downtown storefront, according to police.
The crash involved a suspected DUI, according to State College police. One individual was taken to the hospital for a blood test.
One Beaver Ave. lane was initially closed before authorities cleared the cars. Both lanes are now fully open after the cars and debris were removed.
Multiple officials, including State College police, Alpha Fire Company, and Centre LifeLink, responded to the scene near the 100 block of West Beaver Ave.
The crash left damages to Kitchen Kaboodle, including a broken window, at 104 W. Beaver Ave. The shop will remain closed Wednesday.
