Registration Open For Virtual Spring Semester Intramural Leagues

Intramural sports are a rite of passage in the college world. This spring, students can take part in a variety of leagues from the comfort of their own home or on campus.

Penn State Campus Recreation announced an extensive list of esports and in-person intramural leagues for the spring semester.

Registration for the first round of esports closes at 5 p.m. on Thursday, January 28. The majority of leagues will run from Monday, March 1 to Friday, March 19.

Those games include Arcade Olympics, FIFA 21, Fortnite, Hearthstone, Madden NFL 21, NBA 2K21, NHL 21, Rocket League, UNO, and Settlers of Catan.

Later, registration for in-person leagues will begin on Monday, February 15, and the first season will start on Monday, March 1.

In-person leagues include badminton, bocce, corn hole, horseshoes, pickleball, and table tennis. The full spring semester IM leagues schedule can be viewed here.

To sign-up for an IM league, follow these steps:

  • Click here, and log in with your Penn State access account
  • Create a team and pass the captain’s quiz
  • Pay a fee on imleagues.com to confirm your spot
  • Invite teammates to join
