Penn State Seeking Remote Learning Feedback Again

Penn State has once again launched a survey as part of a “continuous effort” to understand how remote learning and the coronavirus pandemic have affected students across the university community.

The survey, which is due Friday, February 12, appeared at the top of students’ Canvas pages earlier this month. Data from the survey will be used to “further develop Penn State services,” but responses are completely confidential.

This survey is particularly seeking feedback from students about remote and hybrid education at Penn State. The spring semester began with a completely remote period, but some classes will return to in-person instruction on February 15. Responses will be used to inform the university about future teaching decisions and hopefully improve remote learning moving forward.

Students can access the survey through Canvas and can expect to spend fewer than 15 minutes answering questions. A faculty-specific survey is also separately available for Penn State professors. Only folks who have taught or taken a course during the spring 2021 semester are eligible to contribute responses.
