THON 2021 Livestream Crashes
Update, like, five minutes later: OK, guys. Things seem to be OK now!
On our end, we’re seeing a new-look stream with a slightly different design and an apparent drop in quality. Although THON hasn’t responded to a request for comment, it seems likely that the livestream dropped out so producers could publish a little update.

Original Story: Well, folks. It seemed like it was bound to happen eventually.
THON 2021’s official livestream crashed at about noon Sunday afternoon, sending the entire Penn State community into a tizzy.
If you’re still watching the stream, keep going! You should be fine. The technical error looks like it’s affecting only those who try to rejoin the stream or fire it up from scratch.
At the time of writing, about 2,500 people are still watching THON 2021’s livestream.
Currently, it’s unclear what prompted the livestream’s apparent crash or when viewers at home can expect it to return.
