Penn State Men’s Lacrosse To Play Johns Hopkins In First Round Of Big Ten Tournament
Penn State men’s lacrosse’s postseason will start up against a familiar foe.
The No. 3 Nittany Lions are set to play No. 4 Johns Hopkins in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament. The game is slated to begin at 6 p.m on Saturday, May 1 at Panzer Stadium. It will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network.

The Blue Jays and Nittany Lions have faced off twice already this season. In the first matchup, Penn State was embarrassed in Baltimore in a 13-6 defeat on March 13. Two weeks later, Penn State upset the Blue Jays at Panzer Stadium in a rain-soaked matchup 11-8. Both teams enter this matchup unranked in the Inside Lacrosse top 20.
The winner of the game between the Nittany Lions and Blue Jays will go up against No. 2 Rutgers. Both semifinal games and the final of the tournament will take place at Panzer Stadium in State College.
