Pro Football Focus Names Jaquan Brisker Preseason All-American
Jaquan Brisker could soon have an All-American honor under his belt.
The fifth-year safety was recognized Monday morning as a preseason second-team All-American by Pro Football Focus.

Brisker, a Pittsburgh native, earned first-team All-American honors from Pro Football Focus after the 2020 season and preseason first-team All-Big Ten honors from Phil Steele last week.
Brisker started all nine games for the Nittany Lions last season while tallying 57 tackles, three tackles for loss, and six pass breakups. He had his best game for Penn State on Senior Day against Michigan State with nine tackles and his only interception of the season.
Despite only playing two seasons with Penn State after transferring from Lackawanna Community College for his junior year, Brisker announced that he is staying one more year in Happy Valley after a strong senior season. He will join Tariq Castro-Fields, Johnny Dixon, and Joey Porter Jr. to headline an exciting secondary for the Nittany Lions next season.
