THON First-Year Involvement Committee Applications Open
Applications for THON’s first-year involvement committees are now open.
The organization debuted first-year committees last year in an effort to give freshmen the chance to get involved with THON. Committee member positions were already chosen back in October, but this opportunity still allows folks to get involved for about six weeks in January and February.
Applications must be submitted through an online portal by 5 p.m. on December 20. Applicants must share why they want to get involved with THON and what kind of people they work best with.
Freshmen will be educated on THON’s mission and organizational structure and get to take part in unique roles to carry out during THON Weekend during their involvement with a first-year committee. About 25 students will be selected for each of THON’s many committees.
