Micah Parsons Feuds With Nickal & Bravo-Young Over Apparent Wrestling Bouts
It’s no secret that Dallas Cowboys star linebacker Micah Parsons has always wanted to wrestle for Penn State. While he never officially took a spot on Cael Sanderson’s roster, he apparently competed against some of the squad’s very best during his time in Happy Valley.
In a Twitter video that surfaced on Thursday, Penn State star Roman Bravo-Young said he once took down Parsons on the mat after the pair’s famous Spikeball match. Naturally, Parsons disputed that and claimed he took Bravo-Young and Penn State legend Bo Nickal “for all they money.”
Unfortunately for the reigning NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, he and Nickal’s bout was seemingly caught on camera. It appears Parsons was no match for Nickal.
Parsons insists the video doesn’t capture the whole story, but there’s certainly no shame in being overmatched by a three-time NCAA champion wrestler. A lot of actual wrestlers have suffered the same fate, and Nickal’s 90-3 collegiate record shows it.
Later, Nickal took to Twitter once again, this time to compliment Parsons’ wrestling ability. Nickal also took the chance to take a shot at Iowa, saying the linebacker was “tougher to pin than any Iowa wrestler.”

In case you forgot, Nickal destroyed Iowa and its fans on Twitter this season when he declared himself Iowa’s “daddy.” Considering Nickal never lost to the Hawkeyes in college, it’s hard to dispute his claim.
Parsons appears ready for a rematch with Nickal any day now, which would surely be must-see viewing if it were to happen.
