Former Penn State wide receiver Cam Sullivan-Brown has entered the NCAA transfer portal, according to 247Sports’ Sean Fitz.

Sullivan-Brown, who wasn’t listed on the Nittany Lions’ updated roster back in January, has one year of eligibility remaining.

Sullivan-Brown came to Penn State as a three-star recruit back in 2017. The Maryland native redshirted his first year before serving a backup wideout for the next four seasons. Sullivan-Brown totaled 17 catches for 163 yards over a four-year stretch from 2018 to 2021.

This isn’t the first time Sullivan-Brown has tried his luck in the portal. Back in 2019, he entered the transfer portal following his redshirt freshman season. However, he decided to remain a Nittany Lion just a few weeks later.

Penn State’s 2022 wideout group is expected to be led by Parker Washington, KeAndre Lambert-Smith, and Western Kentucky transfer Mitchell Tinsley. The team is loaded with young talent at the position, too, as players like Malick Meiga and Harrison Wallace III could be on the verge of taking on an expanded role.
