Penn State’s student parking registration for summer 2022 will open at noon on Monday, May 9.

All students are eligible to register, regardless of semester standing. Registration will be available exclusively online on the Penn State Transportation Services website.

To register for parking, students must have an active Penn State ID, Access account, and license plate information. All vehicles must be owned by either the student or a member of the student’s immediate family.

After registering, students will need to print a temporary permit to put on their dashboard for immediate parking. Official summer permits will become available two business days after registration.

Permits must be picked up at the Transportation Services Office within 25 days of registration. The office is located at 1 Eisenhower Deck and is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Students are required to bring their Penn State ID when picking up their permits.
