State College Raising Cane’s Set To Open June 14
The wait is almost over for chicken finger fanatics in State College.
Raising Cane’s will finally open its 228 E. College Ave. location on Tuesday, June 14. The chain was initially anticipating an April opening, but delays caused the restaurant to push back its first day.
The chicken joint will celebrate its new location with a grand opening at 8 a.m. on opening day. Customers who visit the restaurant between 8 and 9 a.m. can enter for a chance to win free Raising Cane’s food for a year. Twenty winners will be drawn between 9 and 10 a.m. Additionally, the first 100 dine-in customers to purchase a combo meal will receive a Raising Cane’s T-shirt.
The Louisiana-based franchise has over 500 locations across the country, but the State College location will be one of the first in Pennsylvania. The restaurant’s menu includes chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, signature sauce, and more.
