Tussey Mountain WingFest To Kick Off June 23

Tussey Mountain’s annual WingFest will return for the summer beginning on Thursday, June 23.

For over two decades, Tussey Mountain has attracted community members to its slopes for live music and great food. Every Thursday, for seven weeks, folks can try wings from various local vendors and restaurants and decide who takes the crown.

Vendors including Doan’s Bones BBQ, Rosie’s Pierogies, Crazy Carl’s Popcorn, Brazilian Munchies, and more will be in attendance. Additionally, restaurants, including Cafe 210, Robin Hood Brewing Company, Federal Taphouse, and Texas Roadhouse will rotate each week. Other food options are on the menu, too.

Admission is cash-only and $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 7 to 16, and free for children age 6 and below. Gates open at 5:30 p.m., and parking is free.

Guests must pay cash to purchase $1 amphitheater tickets that can be used for wings, drinks, and more. Tickets from previous years are valid and never expire.

The lineup for this year’s WingFest includes:

  • June 23 — Bonfire, A Tribute to AC/DC
  • June 30 — Katz 22
  • July 7 — Red Not Chili Peppers
  • July 14 — Completely Unchained: The Ultimate Van Halen Experience
  • July 21 — Pure Cane Sugar
  • July 28 — My Hero Zero
  • August 4 — Velveeta
