Penn State Women’s Volleyball Moves Up Two Spots In Latest Poll
Penn State women’s volleyball has moved up two spots in the latest AVCA Division I Coaches Poll from No. 13 to No. 11.
This shift comes after two more conference wins over Maryland and Rutgers this week. The Nittany Lions only gave up one set between both matches this weekend.

The team was also able to hit their offensive stride in these two matchups with 103 kills and 15 service aces in seven sets.
In light of Penn State’s new ranking, setter Seleisa Elisaia also earned her second Big Ten Setter of the Week award. Elisaia has 766 assists on the season, along with 66 kills.

Penn State will continue its Big Ten slate at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, against Illinois. The team has also just announced its following game against Ohio State will start at 8:30 p.m. on October 29.
