‘THIS JUST MADE EVERYTHING BETTER’: Penn Staters Psyched Over Rose Bowl News
After a tumultuous week of speculation and watching other teams, No. 11 Penn State’s bowl fate is officially known. The Nittany Lions will be smelling roses, as they’ll prepare to take on Utah at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.
This year will see the Nittany Lions’ first Rose Bowl appearance since 2017 and their first New Year’s Six bowl game since the Cotton Bowl in 2019. On the other side, No. 8 Utah secured the Pac-12 championship, defeating USC 47-24 Saturday.
The energy was palpable, as a litany of Nittany Lion fans and players took to social media to express their excitement.
