Rolling Lion Food Truck To Offer Free Food For Startup Week March 20

The Rolling Lion food truck will offer free loaded nachos and beverages from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, March 20. The truck will be parked on campus behind the Carnegie Building, near West Halls and the Willard Building.

The food is courtesy of Penn State Startup Week. The free food giveaway is part of the first day of Penn State’s Startup Week, which will take place online and at the Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub downtown.

The Rolling Lion food truck will serve a limited menu of loaded beef-brisket nachos, loaded jackfruit nachos, and a mixed berry agua fresca.

“We’re excited to partner with Startup Week again this year to help kick off and spread awareness for what is sure to be another fun and innovative week for students,” Penn State East Food District Managing Chef Matthew Schaffer said.

Penn State’s annual Startup Week consists of special events, speakers, and late-night activities that explore innovation and entrepreneurship. The event gives students access to entrepreneurs and business industry leaders while also providing networking opportunities for future business owners.
