Four-Star Offensive Lineman Donovan Harbour Commits To Penn State Football

James Franklin is hot on the recruiting trail, folks.

Franklin’s future offensive line is continuing to take shape after the commitment of 2024 four-star recruit Donovan Harbour. Harbour chose Penn State over Tennessee, Ohio State, and Michigan, among others on Tuesday.

The 6’3″, 310-pound tackle hails from Waukesha, Wisconsin, where he plays for Catholic Memorial High School. Harbour is currently listed as the 155th-ranked national recruit, per 247Sports, and is the No. 1-ranked recruit from his home state. Additionally, he’s listed as the seventh-best interior offensive lineman in the country.

Harbour’s commitment comes after a visit to Penn State during the Blue-White Game.

“It was amazing,” Harbour told On3, following the visit. “I loved the atmosphere. I loved how they were having fun while competing with each other and also making each other better.”

The newest recruit is another in a long list of talent that rounds out the 2024 class. Penn State has now picked up 10 players in the Class of 2024. Most recently, the Nittany Lions picked up three-star offensive lineman Caleb Brewer right after the annual spring game.

Prior to Harbour’s commitment, Franklin’s Class of 2024 ranked No. 8 nationally and No. 3 in the Big Ten.
