Long Snapper Chris Stoll Signs With Seahawks As Undrafted Free Agent

Former Penn State long snapper Chris Stoll has signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent.

Stoll spent six seasons in Happy Valley, establishing himself as a consistent pillar of the Nittany Lions’ special teams unit. Playing in every single game from 2019 to 2022, Stoll worked with punters Blake Gillikin, Jordan Stout, and Barney Amor.
As a sixth-year senior, Stoll was crowned the recipient of the Mannelly Award. The Mannelly Award annually recognizes college football’s most proficient long snapper.
Stoll will play alongside Jonathan Sutherland, who has also signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent.
The Seahawks currently don’t have a long snapper on the roster, as longtime long snapper Tyler Ott didn’t re-sign with the team this offseason. Stoll’s path to a permanent roster spot may show signs of life.
