Penn State Women’s Hockey Releases 2023-24 Schedule
Believe it or not, it’s almost hockey season.
Penn State women’s hockey released its schedule for the 2023-24 season Monday, it announced via Twitter. The schedule features 17 different series, with eight played at home.

The Nittany Lions will kick off their campaign with a series at Northeastern, as they face the Huskies from September 23 to 24, before taking on UConn soon after from September 29 to 30.
Penn State then follows with five-straight road series, which features CHA conference opponents Lindenwood, Mercyhurst, and Syracuse. While the road trip kicks off with its first game on October 6, the Nittany Lions will not return home until December.
A three-series home stand follows the Nittany Lions’ road trip, as they face Robert Morris, Yale, and Union College from early December through early January.
A lone road series against RIT breaks up a homestand, as Penn State will return to Pegula Ice Arena for a slate of series against Syracuse, Lindenwood, and Mercyhurst. An away trip to Robert Morris from February 9 to 10 comes just before the Nittany Lions will finish the season against RIT at home from February 16 to 17.
The Nittany Lions will get a crack at another CHA championship just after the conclusion of the regular season, with the conference tournament running from February 23 to March 9. The NCAA Tournament, should Penn State qualify, will run from March 16 to 23.

The Nittany Lions put together a historic run in their 2022-23 season, capturing the program’s first CHA championship before falling in the NCAA Tournament.
