To celebrate summer, downtown State College is set to host the inaugural “Sips and Sounds Downtown” festival from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 30, on the 200 block of South Allen Street.

The festival will feature music, beverages provided by Central PA Tasting Trail, and eats from local food vendors.

Free parking will be available in the Schlow Library lot, or folks can park for up to three hours in the Pugh, Fraser, or Beaver garages with validation.

Attendees should pre-register here to skip the lines, and those interested in attending are encouraged to give a $10 donation.
