Penn State Women’s Soccer Holds No. 4 Spot In United Soccer Coaches Poll

Penn State women’s soccer remains ranked at No. 4 for the fifth consecutive week with only one first-place vote in the United Coaches Poll released Tuesday.

The Nittany Lions fell behind North Carolina, Stanford, and Florida State, while UCLA rounds out the top five.

Penn State is 11-0-4 overall and 5-0-3 in Big Ten play after a scoreless draw with Purdue and a 2-2 draw to Northwestern in its two most recent outings.

The Nittany Lions will finish the regular season against No. 19 Indiana at 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 19, and No. 21 Wisconsin at 1 p.m. on Sunday, October 22. Both matches will take place at Jeffrey Field and be available for streaming on BTN+.

The Big Ten Tournament is set to begin on Thursday, October 26.
