Penn State Women’s Lacrosse Falls Five Spots To No. 22 In Inside Lacrosse Rankings
Penn State women’s lacrosse ranked No. 22 in Inside Lacrosse’s weekly rankings released Monday and fell five spots.

The Nittany Lions went 1-1 in their first week of games. On Tuesday, Penn State beat Bucknell 22-8 thanks to Kristin O’Neill’s seven-point outing, then fell 10-9 to Colorado despite Sydney Manning’s best efforts. Â
Penn State will have four more games to reorganize before its difficult Big Ten conference schedule begins. Two will be played at home as head coach Missy Doherty and Co. search to bounce back. Â
The Nittany Lions remain at Panzer Stadium to face Pitt at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20.
