The Best ‘State College Bands & DJs’ Bracket: The Championship

It’s time to crown a champion, folks.

After beginning with 32 State College bands and DJs, we have just two competitors remaining. Following a slew of upsets, a No. 2 and No. 5 seed will battle it out to compete for a championship.

One hundred and fifty-six folks voted in the Final Four to help No. 2 Anchor&Arrow and No. 5 Velveeta reach the championship duel.

The funky, soulful tunes from Jenn and Matt Dashem upset No. 1 Adam and the Armadillos by a shocking two votes, so Anchor&Arrow walked away with a victory and 50.6% of the vote.

On the other end of the bracket, No. 5 Velveeta dominated the No. 4 Skoal Brothers with 67.3% of the vote and a convincing triumph.

So which go-to bar band will come out on top? Folks have until 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, to cast their votes using this Google Form.

We sleep in May.
