Penn State Museum Consortium To Host ‘Night At The Museums’ Event April 25

It’s time to live your “Night at the Museum” dream.

The Penn State Museum Consortium is set to host its annual “Night at the Museums” event from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 25.

The consortium will include the Arboretum, the Armsby Respiration Calorimeter Museum, and the Frost Entomological Museum, among others. The event serves as an opportunity to give attendees access to several unique exhibits across campus at an after-hours time slot.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore the diversity of insects at the Frost Entomological Museum, see the historic calorimeter at the Armsby Respiration Calorimeter Museum, or walk the lightened pathways of the Arboretum.

Other participating museums include the EMS Museum & Art Gallery, the Pennsylvania Agricultural College Herbarium, Shaver’s Creek Environmental Center, and the HUB-Robeson Art Alley.

Admission to all of the museums is free and open to all students, faculty, and State College residents.
