Penn State Men’s Hockey Lands Commitment From Keaton Peters
Penn State men’s hockey earned a commitment from forward Keaton Peters, he announced on social media Monday afternoon.

According to his elite prospects profile, Peters was committed to Northern Michigan University. He reportedly verbally committed to the Wildcats in 2021.
Peters spent the last three seasons with the USHL’s Lincoln Stars. He scored 22 goals and made 22 assists for 44 points over 62 games last season.
The Sussex, Wisconsin, native spent five seasons with the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals youth team throughout the early part of his career. He also spent part of the 2020-21 season with the NAHL’s Janesville Jets before joining the Stars later in the year.
Peters joins a Penn State team seeking to bounce back after a rough 2023-24 season and several losses through the transfer portal, including goaltender Liam Souliere and forward Ryan Kirwan. He joins a talented and deep incoming class, headlined by freshman Charlie Cerrato.
