Four-Star Wide Receiver Koby Howard Commits To Penn State Football

Class of 2025 four-star wide receiver Koby Howard has committed to Penn State football, he announced Sunday. Howard is the second wide receiver recruit this cycle for the Nittany Lions, alongside three-star Lyrick Samuel. Four-star athlete Jeff Exinor Jr., another Nittany Lions commit, is also expected to play wide receiver.

The 5’11” and 185-pound pass catcher from Hollywood, Florida, is the No. 50 player in his state and the No. 56 player at his position, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. According to the same metric, Howard joins a Nittany Lion class that is ranked No. 13 in the country.

Howard’s commitment filled a big goal for Penn State in the current recruiting cycle. The Nittany Lions had lost out on several big wide receiver targets and had been playing catch-up after official visit season.

Howard chose Penn State over Ole Miss, Florida, and Florida State. To see what he can bring to the blue and white, check out his Hudl.
