The Nittany Lions are headed to Tinsel Town, folks!

This weekend, Penn State football will play its first-ever Big Ten game on the West Coast as it faces USC in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

To celebrate Penn State’s business trip to Hollywood, our graphic designers got to work creating some Penn State football-themed versions of famous films set in Los Angeles. Here are some of our favorites.

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood

Regardless of how you feel about Quentin Tarantino’s directorial style, this film has quintessential Hollywood vibes. It’s only fitting that this is our first poster.

Straight Outta Compton

While Penn State may not have changed the face of the music industry, it is dangerous when it comes to its offense.

The Naked Gun

Don’t underestimate the power of a backup quarterback. With new offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki’s new offensive schemes, Beau Pribula has played a much more important role this season.

Marriage Story

Whether playing in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum or Ken Dukes Stadium at Medina High School in Ohio, Drew Allar has always been a star.

Mid90s

Speaking of Allar, at only 20 years old, he is entering the prime of his collegiate career. It’s only a matter of time before he becomes a star.

In Search Of A Midnight Kiss

With all this pressure riding on James Franklin and the Nittany Lions, it’s only a matter of time until they strike gold and win their first Big Ten title since 2016.
