Class of 2027 three-star cornerback Ka’ron Ceaser has committed to Penn State football, per Blue White Illustrated’s Ryan Snyder.

The Atco, New Jersey, native is tabbed as the No. 21 player in the state, No. 57 athlete in the class, and No. 742 player in the nation, per 247Sports’ Composite rankings. Ceaser predominantly plays cornerback for Winslow Township High School, but he also lines up at receiver and running back.

Ceaser recorded 29 total tackles and two interceptions in his 2025-26 junior campaign, per his MaxPreps profile. He added 260 yards and four touchdowns on the ground and 15 receptions for 100 yards through the air.

Ceaser is the third player to commit to Penn State in the Class of 2027, with Matt Campbell and Co. expected to only heat up more. Ceaser chose Penn State over Virginia Tech and Syracuse. To see what the newest Nittany Lion brings to Happy Valley, check out his Hudl highlights here.
