Penn State Football Names Team Captains Against Buffalo

Penn State football named quarterback Rocco Becht, offensive lineman Anthony Donkoh, and linebackers Kooper Ebel and Tony Rojas as team captains for the program’s game against Buffalo, the team announced Saturday morning.

This is the third straight week that Becht, Donkoh, and Ebel have been designated as team captains. Becht threw for 268 yards and three touchdowns against Temple in Week 2. Ebel and the first-time captain Rojas combined for nine total tackles against the Owls, with Rojas notching an interception off former teammate Jaxon Smolik in the first quarter.

Penn State and Buffalo kick off at noon on Big Ten Network from Beaver Stadium.
