On Wednesday afternoon, a "No Trespassing" sign could be seen sticking out of Kappa Delta Rho's lawn. One day later, it appears that vandals did just that, spray-painting the words "Tear It Down" on a brick wall in front of the house. The Penn State Board of Trustees committee on finance, business and capital planning tentatively approved an increase to the university’s room and board costs on Thursday. If the full board also approves the proposal on Friday, the average cost of room and board will increase by 3.89 percent.
