Celebrate The End Of Classes At Alex’s Lemonade Stand

The State College community will get to enjoy the benefits of having its own local Alex’s Lemonade Stand tomorrow (Friday, April 30) courtesy of Atlas, a Special Interest THON organization. The stand will be set up in front of the Student Book Store on College Avenue from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with all proceeds benefiting the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and the fight to cure pediatric cancer.

Join the members of Atlas as they continue their dedication to helping those in need. “Atlas is trying to show the community that it is more than a THON organization and that it is out to fight cancer any way possible,” says Jonathan Florio. Money raised by the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation goes towards childhood cancer research.

I'm quite odd, a little creepy, and pretty awkward, but we'd probably get along.

In real life I'm a THON 2011 Supply Logistics Captain, a Homecoming 2010 Public Relations Captain, a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, a dancer in ETCH Dance Co. and I tweet a lot.

“If you’ve ever seen the movie You’ve Got Mail, you’ll understand me when I say I have the “Kathleen Kelly Syndrome.” I often have trouble saying exactly what I mean.
