Shwayze to Perform Free Show at Heritage Hall
The Student Programming Association (SPA) announced this weekend that California rapper Shwayze (@shwayze) will be performing at Heritage Hall on Wednesday, November 28. The event begins at 8 p.m. and is free for all students with a valid Penn State photo ID. Students will be let into the ticketless event on a first come, first serve basis.
Shwayze is most known for his singles “Buzzin’” and “Corona and Lime,” which were both released on his debut 2008 album Shwayze. Shwayze was discovered by Cisco Adler, who he collaborates with on all of his material, when Shwayze came on stage and freestyled during a performance by Adler’s band, Whitestarr.
Shwayze has also released the albums Let It Beat and Island In The Sun, as well as EP’s The W’s and Shwayzed & Confused.
