If you want to bid President Rodney Erickson and wife Shari goodbye, your chance will come at 2:30 p.m. on May 14 in the Old Main lobby.

Erickson, whose last day as president will be May 11, has held the role since Nov. 9, 2011, succeeding Graham Spanier. A banner was displayed at Old Main this past weekend thanking him for the 37 years he has spent here in various roles, although he is of course not without critics.

It’ll be tough for students to get to this, it seems — exams are finished and most seniors still in town will live in bars by May 14. Nonetheless, students and other members of the university community can RSVP here.
