Uplifting Athletes Offers Opportunity For Kids To Play With Football Team
Want to help raise money for Uplifting Athletes, but don’t want to wait for Arts Fest weekend to do so? You’re in luck.
The Penn State chapter of Uplifting Athletes will hold its second annual Field Day on Saturday, June 7. Inspired by the annual Lift for Life event held over Arts Fest weekend, children can sign up for this one-day training camp for $15.

The event, to be held at Spring Creek Park in State College, will include Skill and Drill sessions with the Penn State football team, Tug-of-War, and an autograph and photo session. Parents can RSVP their children by emailing inspiredbyliftforlife@gmail.com. The activities of the event are all geared toward children 12 and under. All money raised will go towards Uplifting Athletes and this year’s fundraising total.
