Your Official Penn State-Auburn Drinking Game

Oh, baby. The rematch is finally here. Big Ten vs. SEC football — it doesn’t get much better than this, folks.

Coming off an easy home opener against Ohio, Penn State will travel south to Alabama to complete the home-and-home series against Auburn on Saturday afternoon. With last week’s win, Penn State finally broke into the top 25 and claimed No.22 in this week’s AP Poll.

While the boys are on the road, we still have you covered. Kick back, relax, and enjoy this week’s official drinking game.

  • Take a shot…Penn State is ranked No. 22!
  • Crack a brew to once again celebrate the win against the Tigers last year. Times were good back then.
  • Take a sip if Penn State wins the coin toss.
  • Finish your drink if they talk about “hostile SEC environments.” Nothing compares to Beaver Stadium. Sorry  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  • Take a sip for every suit and dress you see in the stands. You may not like it, but you have to respect the class.
  • If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Finish your drink if a Penn State running back surpasses 100 yards. (Give it up for Singleton, eh?)
  • Take a nice, loooong sip once you spot Penn State fans decked out in white. Penn Staters travel well.
  • Take a sip if your buddy mentions that they’re surprised College GameDay didn’t come to this game.
  • Take a shot for every sack. There haven’t been too many, folks.
  • Finish your drink if Penn State is up at the half.
  • Chug for six seconds for every Sean Clifford touchdown. We have to cherish these moments with the Big Red Dog.
  • Drink if someone brings up how difficult it was for the Nittany Lions to get to Auburn. Regardless, we move.
  • Take a long sip if they zoom in on Franklin’s sweaty, bald head. We love you, coach, but we ain’t trying to see all of that.
  • Take a shot if the game comes down to the last drive. Don’t stop believing!
  • Finish your drink if Penn State wins!
  • Finish your drink and then crack open five more if Penn State loses.
  • Crack a brew if the Nittany Lions cover. (-3 is looking tasty, but we aren’t financial advisors.)

As always, have fun, stay safe, and drink responsibly.
