Report: Former Penn State Offensive Tackle Olu Fashanu Agrees To Terms On Rookie Contract

After former Penn State offensive tackle Olu Fashanu was drafted by the New York Jets in the 2024 NFL Draft back in April, Fashanu has reportedly agreed to terms with the Jets for his rookie contract.

The agreement is good for $20,510,710 for four years, according to NFL insider Tom Pelissero. The deal is fully guaranteed and includes a fifth-year team option.

Fashanu played four seasons with Penn State football and established himself as one of the nation’s best offensive linemen, starting 21 games as a left tackle and appearing in 29 others. He allowed zero sacks in 382 pass-blocking snaps.

During his senior season, he became a consensus All-American and received the Rimington-Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year award.
