Compiling State College Apartment Complexes Close To CATA Stops

It’s that time of year again, and everyone is scrambling to find off-campus housing for next year.

Whether you want to stay close to campus or a bit farther away, easy access to campus and class every day is a huge selling point.

To help, we compiled State College apartments near CATA stops.

Downtown State College

If you’re looking for something downtown, check out the Meridian, RISE at State College, Calder Commons, Regency Square, the ōLiv Hetzel, and the ōLiv Highland.

These complexes are all downtown, putting them close to downtown State College and campus. However, on days you have class at the Forum or don’t want to trudge through rain or snow, convenient CATA bus stops are within feet of the complexes.

The Meridian, RISE, and ōLiv all range in price, but their convenience is key.

North Of Campus

Maybe you want to have a little more separation between class and college. Thankfully, there are plenty of off-campus apartment options.

North of campus, you’ll find places like The Heights, State College Collective, Blue Course Commons, The Station State College, Alight State College, and Park Crest Terrace.

All of these places are just a few hundred feet from CATA bus stops, and residency includes bus passes at The Heights, State College Collective, Blue Course Commons, The Station State College, and Alight State College.

South Of Campus

If you want to prioritize Walmart and 7 Brew, check out the apartments south of campus.

There are plenty of options, including The Bryn Apartments, Nittany View Apartments, Brexx at State College, The Yards at Old State, South View, Haus State College, and Briarwood.

You may have guessed it by now, but all of these apartments are close to CATA stops. Not all include bus passes in their rent and fees, but The Bryn, and The Yards at Old State do.

So while you’re looking for off-campus housing, remember not to stress and think about how far you’ll want to walk when it’s snowing.
